According research, set sales target in a top-down instruction without Padang's interference on procurement, marketing cement clinker, supply chain functions. These functions are essential inseparable from targets but withdrawn Holdco. However, allows Padang develop plant process, non-cement product, non-clinker enter business. Therefore, could fulfill gap gain global subsidiary mandate by building university-industry collaboration, strengthening vertical integration, utilizing cost-saving technologies, outside diversification.
